Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
